UMOVIES operates a forensic security layer designed to deter abuse, fraud, and piracy. By using the platform, you expressly consent to:

Device fingerprinting for fraud prevention and account integrity.
Forensic acoustic monitoring within the player to detect suspicious capture patterns.
Forensic watermarking signals embedded in streams to trace unauthorized redistribution.
Screen-capture and recording detection signals when compatible with your device/browser.
Network telemetry analysis for security verification and abuse prevention.

These measures may run during active sessions and are used exclusively for platform protection and compliance.

4. Zero‑Tolerance Piracy Policy

UMOVIES maintains a zero‑tolerance policy for piracy, unauthorized redistribution, or circumvention of security controls. You agree not to:

Record, copy, distribute, or publicly share UMOVIES content without authorization.
Attempt to bypass or interfere with security or watermarking mechanisms.
Use the platform for any unlawful or infringing activity.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of rewards, and referral to legal authorities.

5. Community Conduct

You agree to use UMOVIES respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or coordinated abuse are prohibited.

6. Access & Availability

UMOVIES may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

7. Rewards & Virtual Items

Popcorn Coins and badges are virtual rewards with no cash value. UMOVIES may modify reward programs at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UMOVIES and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
